It’s the beginning of the semester and you log into Blackboard, but you don’t see your course. Don’t panic! Before you call the Help Desk:
- Contact your instructor to confirm if your instructor is using Blackboard as the LMS (Learning Management System) for this course and that the course has been made available to students.
- Confirm that you are listed in the roster.
- If your instructor has made the course available to students and it’s still not listed in your “My Courses” module, contact the Help Desk.
